These Terms of Membership ("Terms") govern membership of VIPNETWORKZ and the use of our concierge and lifestyle management services.
Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or accepting membership.
By purchasing, activating or using a VIPNETWORKZ membership, you agree to these Terms.
VIPNETWORKZ provides private concierge and lifestyle management services, including assistance with personal shopping, travel and aviation, automotive sourcing, hospitality, security, chauffeuring and other lifestyle requests.

Membership is offered at VIPNETWORKZ's discretion and may be subject to an application or invitation process.
Acceptance of a membership request is not guaranteed.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, membership is personal to the named member and may not be sold, transferred, shared or assigned to another person.
Members must be at least 18 years old.
The VIPNETWORKZ membership fee will be communicated to and agreed with each member before membership begins.
The membership fee provides access to the VIPNETWORKZ concierge service and member network during the applicable membership period.
The membership fee does not include the cost of products, bookings, travel, accommodation, tickets, vehicles, transportation, security, hospitality or other goods and services requested by a member.
Those costs are separate and will be communicated or agreed where appropriate.
Unless otherwise agreed, membership lasts for 12 months from the date it begins.
Before purchasing, members will be informed whether their membership renews automatically or requires manual renewal.
Where automatic renewal applies, the renewal arrangements, applicable price and method of cancellation will be clearly communicated to the member.
Nothing in these Terms removes any cancellation or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Active members may submit concierge requests across the service categories offered by VIPNETWORKZ.
Membership may include unlimited reasonable requests during the membership period.
"Unlimited requests" means there is no fixed numerical allowance on legitimate concierge requests. It does not mean that:
VIPNETWORKZ reserves the right to manage request volume reasonably where requests are excessive, duplicative, abusive, unlawful or outside the intended scope of the membership.
VIPNETWORKZ aims to provide a highly responsive concierge service.
Any response time displayed or communicated by us is an aim or typical service level unless we have expressly guaranteed a specific deadline in writing.
The time required to fulfil a request will depend on its complexity, availability, third-party suppliers, location, notice provided and other circumstances outside our control.
VIPNETWORKZ will use reasonable efforts to source, arrange or facilitate member requests.
However, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product, reservation, event ticket, flight, aircraft, hotel or villa, vehicle, venue, chauffeur, security provider, experience, or other third-party service.
Availability and pricing may change before a booking or purchase is confirmed.
A request is not confirmed merely because VIPNETWORKZ has acknowledged or begun working on it.
VIPNETWORKZ frequently acts as a concierge, sourcing agent or intermediary between members and independent third-party suppliers.
Depending on the request, services may ultimately be provided by independent businesses such as hotels, airlines, aircraft operators, travel suppliers, restaurants, retailers, ticketing providers, vehicle dealers, brokers, chauffeur companies, security providers and other suppliers.
Third-party services may be subject to the supplier's own terms and conditions, cancellation policies, refund policies, deposits, restrictions and availability requirements.
Members are responsible for complying with applicable third-party terms.
Where VIPNETWORKZ acts solely as an intermediary, the underlying goods or services are supplied by the relevant third party rather than VIPNETWORKZ.
Prices provided for third-party goods or services may be subject to change until a booking or purchase is confirmed.
Additional costs may include, where applicable: taxes, delivery, booking charges, deposits, cancellation charges, foreign exchange costs, supplier fees, transportation, insurance, gratuities, and other third-party charges.
Where reasonably practicable, relevant charges will be communicated before the member authorises a transaction.
VIPNETWORKZ will not intentionally commit a member to a material third-party purchase or booking without appropriate authorisation.
Once a member authorises a booking or purchase, they are responsible for the applicable charges and any cancellation terms associated with it.
Members are responsible for checking important booking information supplied to them, including names, dates, destinations and other material details, and notifying us promptly of any errors.
Cancellation and refund rights for products, bookings and services sourced through VIPNETWORKZ may depend on the terms of the relevant supplier and applicable law.
Some bookings, tickets, reservations, personalised products and other services may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation charges.
VIPNETWORKZ cannot guarantee a refund from an independent supplier where that supplier's applicable terms do not provide one.
This does not affect any statutory rights the member may have.
Any statutory cancellation rights applicable to the purchase of membership remain unaffected by these Terms.
Where a member asks VIPNETWORKZ to begin providing membership services during any applicable statutory cancellation period, the consequences of doing so will be explained and any consent required by law will be obtained.
Outside any applicable statutory cancellation rights, refunds of membership fees will be handled in accordance with the membership arrangement agreed at purchase and applicable consumer law.
VIPNETWORKZ may provide members with access to preferential rates, introductions, upgrades, privileges or other benefits through its network.
Such benefits are subject to availability, may be changed or withdrawn by third-party providers, may vary between members, locations and requests, and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed for a particular transaction.
VIPNETWORKZ does not guarantee that a price obtained through its network will always be the lowest price available elsewhere.
VIPNETWORKZ may have commercial relationships with certain suppliers and may receive commissions, referral fees or other commercial benefits in connection with some transactions.
Where disclosure of a particular commission or commercial relationship is required by law, we will provide the relevant information.
Members agree: to provide accurate information; not to make unlawful or fraudulent requests; not to misuse VIPNETWORKZ or its supplier network; not to impersonate another person; to pay authorised charges when due; to provide necessary information within a reasonable timeframe; and to comply with applicable laws and third-party supplier terms.
VIPNETWORKZ may refuse any request that we reasonably believe is unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent, unethical or outside the scope of our services.
Members are responsible for ensuring that they hold all documents required for travel, including where applicable valid passports, visas, entry permissions, health documentation, insurance and other required documentation.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, members remain responsible for checking relevant entry requirements, travel restrictions and official advice before travelling.
Where VIPNETWORKZ assists with vehicle sourcing, leasing, insurance introductions or related services, the ultimate product or regulated service may be supplied by an independent dealer, broker, insurer, finance provider or other third party.
Any finance or insurance activity will only be undertaken where legally permitted.
Nothing on the VIPNETWORKZ website or within the membership should be interpreted as financial advice or as an offer of a regulated financial product unless expressly stated otherwise by an appropriately authorised provider.
Security and close-protection services may be provided by appropriately selected independent security providers.
Specific operational arrangements, suitability and availability will depend on the circumstances of each request and the provider engaged.
VIPNETWORKZ recognises that discretion is an important part of its service.
We will take reasonable steps to keep member information and requests confidential and will only disclose information where reasonably necessary to fulfil a request, operate our business, protect legitimate interests or comply with legal obligations.

Membership does not grant members any right to copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit VIPNETWORKZ intellectual property.
VIPNETWORKZ may suspend or terminate membership where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including where a member fails to make payments when due, acts fraudulently or unlawfully, seriously or repeatedly misuses the service, behaves abusively or threateningly towards staff, representatives or suppliers, creates material legal, regulatory or reputational risk, or materially breaches these Terms.
Any termination, and its financial consequences, will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or other liability which cannot legally be excluded.
VIPNETWORKZ is responsible for providing its own services with reasonable care and skill.
